Returns Policy

Genco Ciclismo Returns Policy 

We think you’ll love your Genco Ciclismo products as much as we do.  However we can appreciate people can change their mind. Provided your item is unworn, as new and has all its tags attached you can return it for an exchange within 14 days of purchase.


We will check the kit and if we notice any strange smells or have been washed and we clearly feel the jersey has been worn we will not exchange it for another item. You can only exchange your purchase for the same product item or something of the same value. If changing sizes and that item is no longer in stock, you can change for something of the same value. 


International returns are at the customer’s expense, unless the returned item is faulty, in which case please contact and we will arrange to cover your costs. All returns must be marked on the customs declaration that it is a ‘RETURNED ITEM’ and also include a print out of the emailed receipt you have from us. This will mean that there are no custom charges liable.


If you notice a defect with your Genco Ciclismo item within 14 days, we will provide a refund or replacement. Please note that this does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, snags, rips or abrasion.

Exchanges can only be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or design of the same product, from the same season. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

We aim to send out replacements within 7-10 days of the return arriving with us. You will be notified by email when your replacement has been shipped.


When you request a refund for returned products, we will refund the cost of the products but not the shipping cost.

If you are returning part of a Bundle or Complete, the bundle discount is no longer valid and your refund amount will reflect this.
